First "Bachelor" Brad Womack chose Emily Maynard, then the "After the Final Rose" ceremony left us skeptical as to whether they are still together and now - we have a new "Bachelorette" with Ashley Hebert.
Hebert was a contestant on Brad Womack's season, getting let go right before the Final 2. She famously fell for Brad on a carnival date very early in the season.
Ashley H. appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" for the big announcement. In her interview, Ashley tells Jimmy she's been mostly single for four years, probably only having gone on five dates in that time. She also says that despite what we saw on the show, she just wanted Brad to be happy and that she has a beautiful future ahead of her. She also will not be dropping out of dental school.
What do you think, "Bachelorette" fans? Is she a good choice? "The Bachelorette" premieres Monday, May 23 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
