Ne-Yo took to the mic and did not disappoint revelers at Greenhouse.

Ne-Yo kept his pals' whistles wet at Greenhouse on Tuesday evening when he ordered 20 bottles of Moet & Chandon Champagne for his VIP section of 30 people, which included fellow artist Fabolous and rapper and producer Ryan Leslie. Ne-Yo headed to the SoHo hot spot following a dinner at Philippe Chow celebrating his role in the sci-fi hit "Battle: Los Angeles."

Make room

Tinsley Mortimer 2.0? The divorced socialite, who split from Topper Mortimer in 2009, is taking things up a notch with beau Brian Mazza. A source tells us Mazza, VP of hospitality for Paige Management, recently moved into Mortimer's Hell's Kitchen apartment, but didn't leave the decor untouched. The insider says the hunky 27-year-old created a "man room" to make the space more masculine. Another source says Tinz, 34, has "basically stopped drinking" because she "doesn't like how she acts" under the influence. The pair, together for about a year, also adopted a Chihuahua named Bambi.

Oh, you pretty thing

We hear fashionista favorite Daphne Guinness will be in town this weekend for a photo shoot with rock's Thin White Duke, David Bowie. They will be snapped by photogs Markus Klinko and Indrani, who recently worked with Guinness on a one-minute Alexander McQueen tribute film.

Man of many talents

Michael White likes to tickle the ivories before he tickles taste buds. During Tupperware's "Tupper Club" pop-up dinner party at the Setai Fifth Avenue on Tuesday night, the chef behind Marea and Ai Fiori proved John Legend wasn't the only singer on hand. Legend had just finished performing "The Promise" for the crowd when White took to the piano with a little ditty to introduce his menu's fourth course: veal loin with cipollini onions, endive and pancetta cream sauce. Cured pork products often move us to song, too.

Ironic or appropriate? We can't decide

Ex-porn star Sasha Grey will release her photo monograph, "NEU SEX," this month - and the release event ("an intimate Q + A") is at Housing Works. Profits from the event's book sales will benefit Housing Works' AIDS outreach. So "Neu Sex" is safe sex, we assume. The book is published by Vice, apparently taking a break from the globetrotting journalism it's been trumpeting lately to return its comfort zone of hipster fornication.

Big bash for her birthday

Show her some R-E-S-P-E-C-T right here in NYC! We hear that a week from Friday, on March 25, Aretha Franklin will celebrate her 69th birthday with 100 of her closest friends at a top-secret New York location. An insider tells us the Queen of Soul will be in town for a concert and will party afterward. Franklin's medical woes - including a mystery surgery last winter and her dramatic subsequent weight loss - are apparently at bay, leaving her free to toast another year in style.
