Given the challenging year this mansion's current owner has had so far (and it's only March!), we totally understand the desire to unload such a big possession by putting it up for sale and, in the process, hopefully make a bit of a clean start.
Plus, one can't help but wonder if the last owner's penchant for the dark side is somehow to blame for a certain pop star's recent run of bad luck while living here.
So who exactly is trying to free herself from this Beverly Hills home? And is some sort of exorcism in order?

Yep, the Grammy winner, along with her then-husband Jordan Bratman, purchased the six bedroom, nine bathroom place back in 2007 from none other than Ozzy Osbourne (who knows a thing or two about scandals).
And if it looks somewhat familiar, it should, as this was the place where the hit MTV reality show The Osbournes was shot.
The 10,000-square foot Mediterranean-style residence is going for $13.5 million and features a pool, hardwood floors and a guesthouse with a history all its own. You may recall, Xtina's ex briefly called it home following the couple's split, all while the singer shacked up in the main house with her new BF Matthew Rutler. Awkward!
