cold for sure
You know you have a cold when:
- you wake up at 7 am and decide to get up (to blow your nose and take aspirin) even though you could've had a lie in until 9 am
- you crave orange juice and bananas
-you don't fancy chocolate!
- you sleep for 3 hours after getting home from work and still go to bed and sleep a full night just 2 hours after waking up from that post work nap

This Flower Inspired Me....
I got to come home this afternoon and spend it in my ART Studio....I had created a card yesterday using a flower that I just had the best time working with....So today I got the desire to create a Mural......The overall dimension is 8"x10".....I REALLY love the way it turned out!!! It involved ALOT of cutting and layering but the affect came out wonderful on the flower I believe...there's alot of depth on the flower because I layered at different heights portions on the flower.....I've shown some angle shots below so you can seeall the layering to give an awesome 3D look....
I used one of my new rubber stamps for the message on the mural and I love the saying....
"Survivor - I have lived, laughed, loved and lost. I have cried, mourned and grieved, hoped, prayed and healed. I have found strength and true beauty. I am a survivor" . What a beautiful phrase!! One to live by for sure!! Anyway, I just wanted to share with you my ART...I will be placing this in my ETSY store @ http://www.pennyduncancreations.etsy.com/ . Thanks for stopping by to visit with me!!! I pray you all have a very blessed evening and Tuesday!!! Until next time....

underwear
A girl at work had a piece of red ribbon poking up from under her top today. I told her so.
"Oh" she said " it's the bow on my bra" and tucked it back under her top. This made me think about underwear:
About ten years ago I was a bit obsessed about buying nice, lacy, frilly, pretty underwear. Anything I saw in a magazine that I liked I had to get... I had a bra in each colour and one for every occasion.
Funnily enough, at the time I used to looove to buy lovely underwear I was going out with a guy who used boxershorts he'd found on the beach (it's true!!!), inheritaged from friends and his dad! Ha ha, from one extreme to the other when I think about it.
However, those days are long gone and my co-worker's little red bra-bow made me feel old today. These days my priorities are comfort. I don't have a pile of different colours for different occasions - well apart for period pants that is (all girls will be nodding understandingly here and all boys will think "too much information, Dana"!).
Is it an age thing? Or is it letting myself go? Perhaps it's a different kind of fashion now than 10 years ago? I don't know. And I don't care. It's saving me a fortune of money that I can spend on my new obsession instead: dresses!

I got to play with Paper!!!
Today was a fun and quite day.....This morning I had to haul everyone home then we came home to a quite house!!! :) Was a nice change of pace....I did some laundry, though not much.....caught up on my ETSY store by getting several things posted.....caught up on email and PLAYED WITH SOME PAPER!!! :) I had fun....I had a swap I needed to get completed so I can get in the mail tomorrow...I used alot of a wall paper in this card...
The base of the card is a dark brown heavy cardstock....then a layer of burnt orange cardstock that I then stippled with stazon olive green and stazon red around the edges.....I applied the same colors of stippling to the next layer of wallpaper and punched each of the 4 corners with a decorative punch....the top layer is also wallpaper theb I rubber stamped with my stazon black ink a word stamp that I have over and over to fill the whole sheet...I love this stamp....I took a pretty gold colored fancy trim and taped to the bottom portion of the top layer with a metal embellishment slide on the trim.....I then placed the layer into the punched corners of the layer below it....
The flower was also wallpaper border...I scanned the flower.....cut out the wallpaper to leave just the flower and adhered it to the burgandy layer then I printed out an extra image of the flower I had previously scanned......glued it to some aluminum and cut out the flower and a few leaves....gave them a 3D affect adhering it to the card....
The butterflies were also part of the wallpaper...I cut them out separately and gave them some added embellishments....the top one I added a little green glitter to and some sephia glossy accents to the wings and attached to the card in a 3D affect. The bottom butterfly I borrowed the idea from a card I received from my friend Rita the other day...I LOVED the affect a butterfly that was on the card had....I thought she had done it but she shared with me she had actually found them and purchased them already made that way.....Well I LOVED the idea so much I decided to do it myself.....I took some glue around the edges of the bottom layer of the butterfly and sprinkled brown glitter.....I then punched 2 small holes and took some wire and thread through the top cut out I had done and the bottom to attach them together.....I trimmed the edge with glue and also sprinkled with brown glitter.....then I took some Sephia Glossy Accents and applied to the top layer of the butterfly......then once dried I attached to my card...doesn't it have a WOW affect!!!
I've taken an angle shot so you can see the depth of the 3D embellishments I created!!! I really like the way the card turned out...though it's a bit busy I still think it looks great!!! Of course I also made a matching envie...I made this one out of actual wallpaper!
Anyway, that's my creation for today!! I had fun making it and I sure appreciate you stopping by to visit with me again!!!! I hope you all sleep well and have a WONDERFUL Monday!!! Until next time...

A cold Sunday
As corny as it might sound - I'm kind of looking forward to the winter to arrive so that I can stay indoors with my cats much more without feeling guilty!
I am full of cold. This is also, in my world at least, a legitimate reason for staying indoors all day. The cats and I have done as little as possible today. Curled up under a big blanket watching "Fear Factory" (the cats have little interest in Fear Factory, but I love it) we have only moved to eat, drink or go to the bathroom/cat litter tray.
Around 3 pm I felt a bit guilty for not activating the boys, and so I got their beloved laser tourch out of their giant box of toys and flashed the tourch around the flat:
Tylor made a half hearted attempt to chase it before jumping up on my shoulder for a cuddle. Kif put his head out from under the blanket, looked at the tourch light and went straight back to sleep.
So perhaps this winter won't be as horrible as they usually are?! Surely it will be just as cold, damp and dark, but I reckon my boys and I will have pretty much the same idea about what quality time is all about during those winter months!

Happy Saturday....
What a beautiful day we're having here in Robards, KY!! The sun is shining and it's a gorgeous morning!!! I'm also SO excited because I've completed the order I had for 10 items......and an extra item to boot!!!
The first items is the last 2 of three of these type Christian Page Savers......I really like how they turned out.....I know they are different for sure but I'm thinking perhaps that's why people like them....the wooden piece at the top is a wood tile which measures approximately 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" in size....I punched a piece of my crayon paper into the cross shape....rubber stamped a word stamp over on it just to give it some activity with a stazon purple ink pad.....took a rhinestone and placed in center of cross.....the I modge podged the tile several layers worth....once dried I strung some wire through (the holes were already there which was nice)....and some beads...twisted the wire to achieve the look I wanted added my fibers to the top and the ribbon to the bottom and my crosses with a large bead to finish them off.......
The next item I needed to create were 2 pairs of earrings with purple accent......As you know I am stuck on leaves for right now....I just LOVE leaves!!! ;) So while searching the craft store I stumbled upon these and they just shouted...YOU WANT ME!!! So, I did....I then decided to give an added touch of some purple glass beads...so I strung these and added the 2nd layer to my creation....I love the silver accent that swirls through the large purple bead!
Then my last creation last night were the next set of earring with Swarovski Blue Chrystals.....I decided to take some silver wire and wrap through the top and bottom of the Chrystal and twist together on the backside...I REALLY like how these turned out......all the black accents on both the leaf and the chrystal blend PERFECT together!!! I'm thinking this pair will go into my store!!!
So...that was my night......felt I accomplished much! Today I will be preparing my packaging for these and some other items I had previously made for my store and hopefully get them posted this morning!
My oldest son, Billy, came over last night to spend the weekend with us....He, my youngest..Dylan...and his best friend went to the high school football game...WE WON....and they ended up bringing another of Dylan's friends home to spend the night...Needless to say my house is FULL this morning!!!! I'm sure I will end up making breakfast for a bunch of boys sometime this morning....then I plan to make my homemade Taco Salad for dinner tonight.....It's a special request I've gotten from both of my boys!!! :)
Anyway....I want to THANK YOU for stopping by to visit with me again!!! I so enjoy sharing my ART with you and it means SO much that you enjoy checking it out!! I pray everyone has a wonderful Saturday and I will chat with you later!! Until nex time......

tooth ache a bit too late!
When I was about 12 years old I got kicked in the head by a crazy horse. I was wearing a helmet at the time, so my head was OK, ,but I bit my tounge and damaged my bottom teeth pretty bad.
My bottom front teeth were damaged the worst, and the dentist tried his outmost quite a few times to fix them. But after years of the fillings falling out as soon as I ate a piece of crisp bread I just left them without fillings. They have never bothered me, and I have learnt to bite and chew without using those teeth.
But last night I woke up with a sharp pain in my tooth. That one bottom front tooth. And today it has been very sore and hot/cold drinks have been irritating.
I have an appointment at the dentist next month, but I can't for the life of me understand how it suddenly started to hurt - 21 years after the accident??

Borat actor crashes Agatha's party at fashion show
Actor Sacha Baron Cohen, best known for his eccentric character Borat, burst onto the catwalk at Agatha Ruiz de la Prada's show in Milan on Friday, bringing the playful show to a halt as security guards stepped in.
Baron Cohen is in Milan making a new film about fashion centered on his character Bruno, a flamboyant Austrian fashionista.
He bowled onto the start of the catwalk rolled up in what turned out to be a long, black caped outfit with eccentric accessories.
After a few minutes of darkness while Baron Cohen, or Bruno, was escorted off the catwalk, the show started again. Models had kept their cool but the designer was visibly upset when she appeared at the end of the show.
Baron Cohen's film is titled "Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Male."
Agatha Ruiz de la Prada's show restarted after the actor left. The designer said her show was inspired by Spanish painter Diego Velazquez and the headdresses were based on typical Spanish piñatas.
But the dresses with their bold shapes were more reminiscent of another famous Spanish painter -- Joan Miro.

Well I finished....
The third of the 3 cards I had an order for.....This was a re-make of an ATC I had made a couple of weeks ago....I added a few different elements to make the card work.....like the ribbon and an extra layer with a layer of black behind the passion collage I made.....On the back layer of black on the base of the card I used some of my pearl ex mist I made in the Russet color.....I do like the shimmer it gave that layer.....I am very happy with the way it turned out......I did a layer the color of the matching envie I made for the inside with a birthday poem...which is what the person who ordered the card wanted it for.....It was surely challenging creating larger versions of the ATC's I had already created...but it was so fun to get my mind to work it!!!
Well, that's it for me tonight...I did get caught up on emails...and next is to finish another sold order I have then I need to post some images to a group I belong too.....BUT, first my CSI season premiere is getting ready to begin in about 15 minutes and I gotta see it!!! Thanks so much for stopping by again.....I hope you all have a very blessed evening.....until next time....

What's next to go wrong?
Last week my mobile phone broke. The week previous to that my computer broke...
Last weekend I had some real bad luck with my bank account, where lots of money went missing due to a mishap at a shop. Luckily my bank managed to sort it out and my money reappeared in my account.
Today I came into work to find a note on my desk:
"Please phone the Swedish- Chinese travel agency. Urgent!"
I phoned them and got told my trip to China next month has been cancelled!
I sat down and nearly cried. Pretty much everything that could go wrong has done so in the last month. The travel agent apologized profusely, then asked if I wanted to join another trip to another destination instead?
"I want to see the Terracotta Army!" I burst out. "I want to go to the Xian province or not go at all!"
Then I asked if I could perhaps do the trip at a later date instead?
"Sure" the lady said "I can schedule you in for a trip in March."
March?! 6 months away?! But then it slowely sunk in: I could move to the new flat without panicing of not getting done before the China trip (unless the flat falls through - I don't seem to have a very lucky month). I could save up some money (the computer melt down, broken mobile and future move is costing me a fortune).
And then she told me that the exact same trip in March next year would be a substantional bit cheaper, wish means I can prolong my stay in Beijing 4 nights for the same price! Yippie!
Thank god for a happy ending every now and again. But apologies for not getting you any of the stuff from China for Christmas that I might've been promising you...

Happy Thursday....
To you all......One more day til Friday!!! :) Well...most of this week I've been working on 2 sold orders have......one of the orders are for remakes of items I've previously created....one of them being the Halloween Card I made.....I did a remake of it and changed a few things....I traced the spider webs with a 3D gel pen this gave the webs a texture and a bit of a sheen....allows it to pop on the card a bit.....I also added a happy birthday embellishment because it is being used as a birthday card!!! How fun is that.......of course I also made a coordinating envie....I'm happy with the way it turned out.
The next card I made was a re-make of an ATC I made a couple weeks ago.....I changed it up by adding 2 more aperatures to the layout and again used my crayon papers on the iris folding, trimmed each leave with a gold pen....I cut larger leaves to accomodate the size of the card with some of my crayon paper and stamped with Stazon Black the word Fall! layed them out on the page the way I wanted them to look and stuck each leaf to the next with a glue dot before I punched the holes in the leaves....then I took some copper wire and weaved through each leaf and gave it a swirly look then attached with glue dots to the card.....I trimed the top layer with a gold pen.....also added more die cut leaves at the bottom......the back two layers I stippled the edges with 2 colors of distress ink, made a matching envie too....I really like the look of them......
I still will need to put the personalized messages in them...which I will do this evening......I as well, for this order, have one more card that is from a previous ATC I had made......I'll share that one once I get it completed...hopefully tonight!
I gotta say I've so enjoyed the challenge to do this.....It's fun to see something go from one format into another and the effect you receive!! I LOVE ART!!!!
I guess that's about it for me today......I hope you all have a SUPER day and I again want to Thank You for stopping by to visit with me!!!! Until next time.......

No biscuits but boys
I'm gasping for a cup of tea and a biscuit. But in my lap lies a little bundle of cats - both fast asleep on top of eachother and on top of me - and I can't face waking them up.
They are truely wonderful, these two curly boys of mine.

Eva Mendes, nude Calvin Klein Ad Banned Over Nipple/Video
There is nothing wrong with seeing Eva Mendes nude, or with Eva Mendes' nipples, but apparently, some people think there is, and Eva's new ad for Calvin Klein's new fragrance Secret Obsession has been banned from TV
Of course, that's exactly what the marketing guys at Calvin Klein were going for, because how else do you get people to notice your crappy new expensive perfume than by causing a bit of Controversy. WWD has a response from a Calvin Klein rep that pretty much admits it.
"This development is not entirely a surprise for the U.S. market," said Tom Murry, president and chief operating officer of Calvin Klein Inc.
"We believe the commercial is exceptional and hits the mark for Secret Obsession. We will reach our consumers in the U.S. primarily through the Web site, the print campaign and at point of sale. We are anticipating a very successful global launch."
Whatever. The only thing that matters is that Eva Mendes is naked, and we get to see her nipples. Everything else is besides the point.

I'm Still Here.....
Hey Everyone...I hope I am finding you all doing well this morning!!! I've been out of sorts this past weekend and my creativity was NOT!!! :) I'm feeling MUCH better now and felt like playing in my ART Studio last night!!! I've been trying to work on an order I have received as well as make some items for my store......
Thought I would share with you what I've come up with so far......The first items is a Post-It Note holder.....I LOVE making these and this will be placed in my store....the embellishment in the center is from a Magenta Stamp.......I LOVE these detailed elegant looks....I embossed the image with gold embossing powder and then stippled the images with multi colors of ink pads....the background behind the flower is some of my crayon paper.....then I attached the flower with a rhinestone brad!
The next items I created are "Christian Page Savers"......once I get start making these I have so much fun I can't quit.....I've run out of charms so I must find more.......these have such an elegant look and are perfect for your favorite book....I will be placing each of these in my store as well...but wanted to share with you what I had created!!!
Today when I get home I must work on some cards I received an order for yesterday........I actually made a sale from some of the items I had created for some swaps I was involved in.....I'm so excited about that and look forward to making them!!!
It was a hot humid day here yesterday on our first day of Fall.....I believe we are to have the same again today.....sigh! I'm ready for Fall temperatures!!! :( I so enjoy having my windows open as I am very fortunate to not have allergies!!
Ok, I guess that's my update this morning.....Thank you SO much for checking in with me and sharing my creations!! It means more than you know!! I pray you all have a wonderful and blessed day!!!! Until next time.....take care!

Good day
Today:
- had a lovely lie in and lazy morning before work
- managed to book a museum (!) for our next conference
- flat move finally booked to the 5th October
- got a lovely pair of boots from a friend
- got rid of my bed to a friend at work (I'm getting a new one)
- managed to get Tylor to walk in his harness for 5 minutes
- got a little bonus from my boss for "the time and effort I put into work the last few weeks"
- finished work on time for the first time in about two months
Certain days are just sooooo much better than other! And today was one of them.

Warm up sketches
Here's some warm up sketches from this morning...
Can you guess the movie? I wasn't concentrating on caricaturing but more about simplifying my brush strokes so it might be hard to guess.

My mother
mum 1976
A week before Christmas 1995 my mother passed away. It is 13 years ago but in many ways it feels a lifetime away. Of course I miss her - I miss her alot - but the thing I miss is what I could've had with her, if you know what I mean?
If she was still alive I dare say my life would've looked a lot different to what it does. My mother was such an encouraging person: she pushed me to try all those things I dreamed of doing, and when I was on the verge of chicken out she always gave me the courage to take the last step out into the unknown. And for that I am forever grateful.
My father, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. He is scared of everything I do, wants to do or dream of doing. He is negative to change in general and has more than once made me hesitate doing things I known deep down would've been right for me.
Sometimes, when I'm having a hard time or feel a bit down I dream about my mother at night. Usually it's heartbreaking dreams of finding my mum by the kitchen table, me screaming out "but they told me you were dead!" and she saying "well I am but I thought I'd stop by and say hello..." and we hug and her smell is so vivid it's for real.

And in a weird way I'm grateful for those dreams - or shall I say grateful for her stopping by every now and again. I need to remind myself of her strengh and positive spirit, her way of living and all those inpiring sides to life I sometimes forget.
I wish I had asked her more things. I wish she'd gotten the chance to see me as an adult, meet the loves of my life (yes there have been a couple actually) and tell me about what her pregnancies were all about. I wish she'd pushed me to get a grip and go to Africa when I chickened out. I wish she'd been around so that I could've had a shoulder to cry on and a best friend to share secrets with.
But most of all I wish she keeps popping by. Because the only thing that scares me is that I'll forget what she was really like.
Miley Cyrus seen going out with Older Man
Miley Cyrus, 15, has been spotted and photographed spending time with, Justin Gaston, who happens to be 20 years old.
Reports have her attending church in Pasadena, California along with her family this past Sunday. Later they were seen together again when Cyrus was performing at Disney’s Concert for Hope. The Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato also performed. Cyrus also had at one time been in a relationship with one of the Jonas Brothers.
Who is Justin Gaston?
He is a model and aspiring country singer and he first met Cyrus while competing on Nashville Star which is hosted by her father Billy Rae Cyrus.
How serious is this relationship for Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston, it isn’t clear how affectionate if anything at all is going on.
Gaston starred in Taylor Swift’s new video “Love Story,” which he was reported to have admitted that he has had a crush on Swift for quite some time. Swift and Gaston first met on Nashville Star according to a report from People Magazine.
The Post Chronicle reported that source said that Gaston was visiting for a week, and that Cyrus’ Rep said they are just friends. They referred to another source saying that the two of them have been spending a lot of time together.
Everyone has got to be thinking, where is Mom and Dad here to fend off this older man. Hopefully, it is just a business deal only, and nothing else.. Miley your to young at this point to be getting serious with anyone. Cyrus is underage and this could spell trouble for Gaston.

Friday madness
Last night I went out dancing for the first time in ages. The thing with me when exposed to music is that I really can't control myself. I get so excited and let music take over. I don't give a shit what I look like, what people around me might think or even IF there are people around me. When I want to dance I do - empty dancefloor or not.
The first couple of tunes I bopped along like most people, but then that transformation happened and I jumped around lika a lunatic for couple of hours - silly happy.
My friend Maria isn't any different. But interestingly some girls near us started to point and stare... Needless to say that triggered me to dance even more outrageously (and Maria too), and so the whole song turned into a geek-dance-battle. I laughed so much I nearly peed my pants. Then a group of Norweigan buisness men joined us and the sillieness on the dance floor just exploded: we moon walked, did vouge and Saturday night fever moves mixed with the twist and god knows what.
The "point and stare" girls dissapeared with a disguisted look on their face, but Maria and myself had the most wonderful night.
This morning I woke up with pains in muscles I never knew existed. My whole body is sore and my stomach muscles are in agony from laughing so much last night. And that's what it's all about.

It's Friday!!!
Good Morning Everyone and I'm SO glad it's Friday!!!! Tonight & tomorrow we will be going to my hubby's class reunion!! Mine is in a couple of weeks!!! Not sure how much paper playing I'll be able to do this weekend!! BUT, I did get to play with paper a bit last night!!
I needed to complete the last 2 cards of my 5 card order......The person was wanting me to make a card for their youngest daughter and a card for her husband's mother from their kitties!!! :) How fun huh!!! So the below pictures are what I came up with.....
I took a whole shot and a close up angle of each of these so you can see the 3D of the images.....I used some flower stems (the center pieces of the flowers) and cut one end off and threaded through holes I made in the wisker area to make the wiskers more 3D....cute don't you think?
On the balloons I cut out some ballon graphics I printed and then covered each one with Glossy Accents....allowed to dry then I used my Stazon Ink pad and letter stamps to stamp out the daughter's name.......I also made a paw print using felt cut out the pieces to form the paw and glued them to an old juice bottle lid and used as a stamp to make paw prints on the inside of the card for their signature....really turned out cute!!! On the inside of each I also came up with cute little purrrrrrrrrrrrrrfect sayings....just to bring a smile to their faces.....
As usual I made matching envies and that completes the cards.....I am happy with the way they turned out.....these were my most difficult 2 cause I had to really think about what I wanted to create with kitties.....it came together well I think!!
So, guess that's about it for me today....I'm sure work today will zoom by....maybe I'll have a short period to be in my ART Studio before we have to leave this evening.....I want to Thank You for stopping by to visit with me and see my newest creations!!!! I pray you all have a wonderful Friday and a very blessed and safe weekend!!! Until next time.....

sod's law
Due to delay after delay with the delivery I cancelled the order for my laptop from the internet, and went and bought one from a good oldfashioned shop instead.
I went home and unpacked it. It isn't by far as nice as my old one as far as neatness and sweetness, but still it's a pretty good little machine I've bought. The screen is pretty amazing actually if I may say so myself - don't ask me why but I'm sure it's got something to do with some kind of hi tech thingie. And it's flashy shiny, black and red and so far it's not a scratch on it (give it a week with the cats is all I say...). Yes, I like it. I like it a lot.
Now I will need to install programmes such as the Office package, F-secure, Photoshop and iTunes... And then get all my junk from this old machine to the new one (hint hint mr. P - fancy giving me a hand?) I can't be arsed to do any of it tonight - I'm tired and quite happy just to look at it for now.
Funnily enough my old computer is working PERFECTLY tonight! Always the case, isn't it?

'I'm in love with a stripper'
Megan Fox was once in love with a female stripper.
The Transformers actress - who is engaged to actor Brian Austin Green - had a brief relationship with the Russian beauty called Nikita when she was 18.
She said: "Well, that year my boyfriend broke up with me, and I decided - oh man, sorry, mummy! - that I was in love with this girl that worked at The Body Shop. I decided that I was going to get her to love me back, and I went out of my way to create a relationship with this girl, a stripper named Nikita.
"She used to do these beautiful slow dances to Aerosmith ballads. I used to give her presents to try and convince her to stop stripping."
Despite her same-sex dalliance, Megan insists she is secure in her sexuality, but doesn’t think there is anything wrong with a woman having a crush on another woman.
She added to America's GQ magazine: "Look, I'm not a lesbian. I just think that all humans are born with the ability to be attracted to both sexes.
"I mean, I could see myself in a relationship with a girl - Olivia Wilde is so sexy she makes me want to strangle a mountain ox with my bare hands. She's mesmerizing.
"And lately I've been obsessed with Jenna Jameson, but... oh boy."

Hi everyone,
Subway Sketching
For those of you that have been to subway sketching these last two weeks, I'm sorry Kei and I missed all of you!
September 7th we were in San Fran and September 14th I was hit with the allergies BIG TIME!!... This Sunday Sept 21st Kei and I are attending an important wedding so we won't be subway sketching again!!... jeez I'm going through subway sketching withdraw symptoms!! We'll be subway sketching regularly again starting Sept 28th.
Schoolism Class Info

The Art of Caricature with Jason Seiler - Starting October 31st
Character Design by Silver - Starting January 5th
Storyboarding with Kris Pearn - Starting November 25th
Go to schoolism.com for more info.
Life Drawing
Here's a life drawing sketch I did for class. We tend to look at things through our eyes and the info then goes into our brain and then our brain tells us an interpretation of what we saw. We want to interpret what we see but also be able to see things as they are (before we analyze the heck out of it).
It was a fun class. I really enjoyed it. It's a great feeling when you see that the students are working hard and improving! Go 4th years go! It was supposed to be a 5 minute pose but I'm pretty sure it was 7 minutes.
