Having some fun....

Hey Everyone....Hope you had a wonderful Monday!!!! Tonight I was able to work on a few things I needed to do.....the first was a Get Well card that needed to be masculine......I know it looks like a basic 6x6 square card...but it actually isn't.......It's a bit different of a folding card as you can see below.......I really like the way it turned out......

Then I had a request for a header/background layout for a blog......This is what I came up with....what do ya think???? I like the softness of the colors!!! You're welcome to use this header/background if you like and if you need help installing it I do have tutorials how to install both the header and the background if you need any help.....

I had FUN making this for him and do so hope he enjoys it!!!! Now I'm off to work on a card I need to complete for a group I'm in...Handmade Cards With Care....I am a bit late on getting this card completed which I hate....but I've just had so much going on!!!! Once I complete that then I've received a job of creating scrapbook pages for a co-worker and her family's trip to Disney World last year......THIS will be a challenge for me....I'll share each page as I create........wish me luck!!!

If you like this layout please feel free to use....just so you know I tried to create this to accomodate 4 column blogs and the header is wider and thinner then the usual ones I do......I based the header to accomodate 1125 px x 300 px...hope that helps anyone that may want to use it!!!

It's been a nice evening....

I actually had a bit of time just to play tonight.....So I figured why not do just that......while playing I created this Blog Header and Background........Hope someone likes it...as always you may copy the code and if you need instructions they're on the right side of my blog.......Would love to hear what you think about them!!!

Then I decided to play with Inkscape for awhile.....I had someone share a link with me for the rolodex card but the file didn't convert very well so I decided to make one myself.....I think it turned out pretty neat....thought I would share it as well as a border I converted and a image of a child and vine.......as always you are more than welcome to have them if you like.......

I hope you've all had a wonderful weekend!!! It was quite here....did alot of reading email and organizing things on the computer....oh how quickly they can get out of control ya know!!!! My New Addiction.....

I have recently gotten hooked on making Blog Background & Headers......Can you say FUN!!!! So far I've created a total of 4 backgrounds and headers......I like them so much I thought I would share them with whoever enjoys them as well......


If you enjoy any of these listed you will need to type the below code.......go to your blog layout and add a gadget of html code.....paste this code in that window then come back to this page and copy the direct link posted below the layout and paste it in the area where it reads (direct link)...pasting the link between the parenthesis...click save; then save your layout....Whola!!!






If you want the header you just right click on the image and select "save picture as" and save on your computer then go to your layout and click "edit" on your layer for header and select the image off your hard drive.
