Good Evening......

Happy Tuesday Everyone......I'm so excited about a project I just completed for my son's girlfriend!!!  Billy wanted her to have something special made my "mom"!!! Ahhhh, isn't he a sweetie...so he brought me one of the pictures of Stephanie & Brianna......aren't they adorable!!!!  So I decided to give a frame a new look and distress it........I'm going to show you how it looks from beginning through the ending stage........

This is what the frame looked like when I began...I lightly sanded this frame then applied my first coat of paint
with one of the Pittsburgh sample jars I bought a couple weeks ago..........Check out the paint bottle...isn't it adorable......So....here's the next picture.....with the first layer of paint....

Once the first layer dried I added another coat to make sure it was covered well.....then I applied my first layer of Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint Tarnished Bronze....

Once this layer dried then I took my Idealogy sandblock from Tim Holtz and knocked down a bit of sheen off then put my second color of Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint Linen....

Once this layer was done you can see how well the crackle affect worked!!! Tim Holtz ROCKS!!!!

So now the frame was complete and I'm ready to embellish.......below are a couple different angles of how the frame turned out.......I'm quite happy with it but would LOVE to hear what you think?????

Ok....so that's my creation for tonight!!! It felt so nice to create something!!!!  Makes me want to dive into something more!!!!!  I would like to THANK YOU for stopping by to visit with me!!!!  I really appreciate it and I do hope you have a VERY BLESSED WEDNESDAY!!!  Please come by again...until next time....
