This is what the frame looked like when I began...I lightly sanded this frame then applied my first coat of paint
with one of the Pittsburgh sample jars I bought a couple weeks ago..........Check out the paint bottle...isn't it adorable......So....here's the next picture.....with the first layer of paint....
Once the first layer dried I added another coat to make sure it was covered well.....then I applied my first layer of Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint Tarnished Bronze....
Once this layer dried then I took my Idealogy sandblock from Tim Holtz and knocked down a bit of sheen off then put my second color of Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint Linen....
Once this layer was done you can see how well the crackle affect worked!!! Tim Holtz ROCKS!!!!
So now the frame was complete and I'm ready to embellish.......below are a couple different angles of how the frame turned out.......I'm quite happy with it but would LOVE to hear what you think?????
